Brigham and Women’s Hospital is seeking a full-time academic and clinical leader to serve as the Chief of the Division of Comprehensive Urology. This candidate should also be qualified to be appointed at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level at Harvard Medical School.


In this capacity, the candidate must be a board-certified surgeon who is particularly qualified in the care of patients with general urologic diseases and interested in supporting care in the community. The individual should have a demonstrated ability to both build and strengthen clinical and educational programs and to foster collaboration across specialties and institutional borders.


The candidate must have well-developed leadership, management and organizational skills; the candidate’s work in the area of urology must be recognized nationally and internationally as evidenced by publications, leadership roles in scholarly societies, and a regional, national and international patient referral base. The candidate must also be a committed teacher with experience mentoring students, residents, fellows, and faculty members.
